The Designer
Doyin is a womenswear designer from Lagos, Nigeria. With a passion for travel and a love of vibrant prints, She entered the industry at 21, creating bespoke resort pieces for friends who were going on vacation and needed pieces that were representative of their African roots.
This stimulated her desire to create a womenswear brand targeted at women who love to explore the world while wearing statement pieces.
Doyin is heavily influenced by her Nigerian heritage and often gets inspiration for her designs from her mother's wardrobe from the 70s.
When she's not designing at OAMA, she's passionate about helping other young women start and operate successful businesses in her home country.
